How to use

For adults: 3 scoops on a full bath with a temperature of 36 °C–39 °C.

For baby & child: 1 scoop per 30 liters of bath water with a temperature of 37 °C

Tip 1: The Alkaline Full Bath

Indulge in the revitalizing effects of an alkaline bath using Alka® Bath. Begin by filling your tub with warm water, ideally between 36°C and 39°C. Once the bath is ready, add 3 scoops of Alka® Bath and stir the water by hand to ensure the salts dissolve evenly.

For best results, relax in the bath for 30 to 60 minutes or longer. While soaking, gently brush your skin to help remove impurities and improve circulation. After your bath, pat your skin dry with a towel.

Alka® Bath helps to neutralize the acidic layer on your skin’s surface, supporting the skin’s natural barrier and leaving it feeling resilient and supple.

For an intensive detox phase, it's recommended to take 3 to 4 baths per week. Once you’ve completed this phase, 1 to 2 baths per week will help maintain balance.

Tip 2: Gentle Care for Your Baby and Child

Alka® Bath is ideal for caring for your baby or child’s delicate skin. Simply add 1 scoop of Alka® Bath for every 30 litres of water, ensuring the water temperature is set to 37°C. Stir the water by hand to dissolve the salts, then gently massage your baby’s body with the soothing alkaline water.

The gentle, alkaline water is especially beneficial for dry or sensitive skin. For the best results, keep bath time to around 10 minutes. Afterward, wrap your child in a soft towel to dry. The formula is naturally mild and won’t irritate the eyes, making it safe for regular use. You can give your baby an Alka® bath every third day, or two times a week for ongoing skin support.

Tip 3: The Alkaline Shower

Begin your alkaline shower by cleansing your body with soap as usual. After rinsing, apply a small amount of Alka® Bath salts to your palm and gently scrub your skin, focusing on one area at a time. After scrubbing, rinse briefly with warm water and allow your skin to air-dry naturally.
